Terms of Service

Version: 2026-10-23 - effective 23 October 2026.

This is an English translation for convenience. The French version is the authoritative text.

These terms govern access to and use of CielLogic, a personal, non-commercial portfolio project presented as a technical demonstration by Jeremy Snyder, a natural person ("we"). CielLogic is not a commercial offering: it is neither sold nor billed, and no company operates it. By using the service you accept these terms.

1. The service

CielLogic connects architecture firms with building trades to plan projects, using each worker's Google Calendar availability, as a demonstration. The service is not an employment contract, a works contract, or a guarantee of engagement between the parties: it illustrates coordination, while contractual commitments remain concluded directly between them.

All data shown in the demo (firms, people, projects, rates, addresses, documents) is fictitious.

2. Access and test status

The service is a technical demonstration, in a test phase, and is not offered to the public as a service. You reach it from the home page with the demo buttons: no registration, no password and no personal data needed. No account is opened to visitors.

3. Real accounts

Only two real accounts exist: the author's administrator account and one public demo account. Google sign-in is reserved for them: the associated Google application is in test mode, limited to a list of authorised accounts. No other sign-up is possible, and you do not need to sign in to Google to use the demo. The characters in the demo are fictitious.

4. No retention of visitor data

A demo visitor leaves no data kept by the application: demo sessions and everything entered or added during the visit (projects, invitations, documents, notes) are erased every night, and at any time by the "Reset demo" button. Do not enter real personal data in the demo: no email is sent from it, but an address you type may appear in the server's technical logs. As on any web server, those technical logs (IP address, date, requested page) are kept for security, as set out in the privacy policy.

Only the real accounts (section 3) process real data: that of their Google account, reading their busy periods (calendar.freebusy) and a dedicated calendar "CielLogic — Missions" (calendar.app.created), publicly viewable, whose events are fictitious. The details are in the privacy policy.

5. Acceptable use

6. Availability and changes

The service is provided "as is" during its active development phase. We may modify it, suspend it for maintenance, or change its features. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

7. Intellectual property

The author, Jeremy Snyder, retains all rights in the service and its code. The demo data is fictitious; if you enter content, you authorise us to process it only for the duration of the visit, until it is erased (section 4).

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damage, loss of data or revenue, or the consequences of unavailability of Google Calendar or a third party. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited (fraud, gross negligence, personal injury).

9. End of access

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or close access for breach of these terms or for use that harms the service or third parties. The intellectual-property, liability, and governing-law provisions survive the end of access.

10. Personal data

The processing of your personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

11. Changes to these terms

We may amend these terms. The applicable version is dated at the top of the page; we will indicate any material change on this page. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by French law. Failing amicable resolution, any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the competent French courts.
